The talks took place on October 21 between Ibrohim Ergashev, Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, and a South Korean delegation.
The discussions covered potential cooperation in modernizing airports, developing smart cities and upgrading road infrastructure. The participants also considered ways to attract investment, expand financial cooperation and identify priority areas for joint projects.
Following the meeting, the two sides agreed to step up work on establishing the investment company, assess financing options for promising projects and continue discussions on practical arrangements for implementing them.
