Khokim of Andijan city dismissed, acting khokim for the city appointed 

The khokim of the Andijan city Dilmurod Rakhmatullayev is fired. Kun.uz correspondent reports about it.

Today, August 26, Dilmurod Rahmatullaev is relieved of his post at the extraordinary session of the Andijan city Council of people’s deputies. During the meeting, the regional khokim of Andijan Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov introduced Bakhromjon Khaydarov as acting khokim of the city.

For information, Bakhromjon Khaydarov, born in 1972, has a degree in economics and finance. He has been working as head of the main financial department at the regional administration since February 2018.

Dilmurod Rakhmatullayev had served as the khokim of the city for three years. He became popular on the Internet in the fall of 2017, after a series of audio recordings, in which he harshly insulted a number of heads of educational institutions in the Andijan city, were disseminated.

It should be recalled that Dilmurod Rakhmatullayev, during a video-conference meeting with participation of the Prime Minister in April 2018, was warned and reprimanded for the last time as he forced employees of budgetary organizations and preschool education institutions to buy flowers and trees from businessmen at a high price.
