In Russia, a ceremony was held on the occasion of sending 20 modern Russian metro cars to Uzbekistan, TASS reports.
The cars were produced at the JSC Metrovagonmash of the Moscow Oblast. It is a part of JSC Transmashholding, which is the largest company on the railway machine-building market.
The export project for the supply of modern cars for the Tashkent metro is funded by VEB of the Russian Federation with the support of the National Bank of Uzbekistan.
