The director of the Scientific and Practical Center for the Implementation of Innovation Developments under the Ministry of Innovative Development Shakhobiddin Sharifov has been appointed the official representative of the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) in Uzbekistan.
Main goal of the APCTT is to assist member and associate members of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in strengthening their capacity to develop and manage national innovation systems. Besides, APCTT aims to help improve the conditions for technology transfer, identify and facilitate the development and transfer of technologies needed to the region.
In order to present the APCTT activities to the public of our country, within the framework of the “Innoweek-2019” on October 30-31 this year, APCTT will hold a regional seminar on the topic “Innovation and Technology Transfer – Role of Intellectual Property”.
