Head of Uzbekistan Airports appointed
Ravshan Ismailov has been appointed head of Uzbekistan Airports, a subsidiary of Uzbekistan Airways, Spot writes referring to the Unified Corporate Information Portal.
Prior to his appointment, Ravshan Ismoilov worked at the NAC Uzbekistan Airways. In particular, he headed the company’s office in Kaliningrad for a while.
On October 11, Uzbekistan Airports announced that it issued its first batch of stakes. The company said it would issue 781,900 securities at the end of August. The nominal value of one share was set at 100 soums. The total value of the closed securities is about 78.2 billion soums.
It should be reminded that the Presidential Decree on establishment of a number of companies on the basis of Uzbekistan Airways was adopted in autumn 2018. In accordance with the decree, the newly established Uzbekistan Airways is headed by Bakhtiyor Khakimov since 2018.
