EPSILON in cooperation with Uzbekneftegaz continues production at oil-and-gas fields of Kashkadarya region

Production of hydrocarbons and expansion of gas pipeline network are in progress.

On December 4, following hydraulic fracturing at two wells of Koratepa field, their total production rate reached 140,000 m³ of gas and 5 t of oil per day. In line with the government’s decisions, all extracted hydrocarbons are routed to the domestic market.

The daily production rate of Koratepa-1 well increased from 0 to 80,000 m³ of gas and 3 t of oil.

The daily production rate of Koratepa-8 well increased from 0 to 60,000 m³ of gas and 2 t of oil.

Construction of three pipeline strings continues:

• “Nazarkuduk CP – Shurtanneftegaz” (67 km)
• “Tandircha CP – Shurtanneftegaz” (45 km)
• “Chigil CP – Mubarek GPP” (110 km).

Average pace of round-the-clock pipeline construction is 4 km/day. Preparation of “Nazarkuduk CP – Shurtanneftegaz” pipeline for pneumatic testing is underway.

Total for December 4:

• 27,500 t of pipes shipped
• 17,400 t of pipes arrived
• 54.9 km of trenches dug
• 63.7 km of pipes welded
• 10.6 km of pipes laid.
