Minimum rental tariffs for leasing property approved

The document approved the minimum rental tariffs for individuals leasing property.

In particular, monthly rental tariffs for individuals leasing residential buildings set at 12,000 soums per square meter in the city of Tashkent, 7,500 soums – in the city of Nukus and regional city centers, 3,500 soums – in other settlements.

These tariffs are used for taxation of income of individuals from renting a property.

It should be noted that the law also approved land tax rates for legal entities and individuals.
