Special bus service from Tashkent to Fergana valley through Tajikistan launched
The Ministry of Transport has launched a bus service from Tashkent to the Fergana Valley in connection with the temporary closure of the Kamchik Pass due to adverse weather conditions. The bus runs through the territory of Tajikistan.
“Due to adverse weather conditions and the risk of snow avalanches on the Kamchik Pass, movement of vehicles was temporarily suspended on the passage. In order to create convenience for all passengers using the route of Kamchik Pass, the Ministry of Transport has launched a bus route to the Fergana Valley.
Yutong buses of Uzautotrans Service JSC will serve passengers in this direction. The bus will depart from Tashkent to Andijan, Fergana and Margilan. It runs through the territory of Tajikistan. Therefore, passengers have to carry their passports while taking the bus,” the Ministry of Transport informs.
