Leadership of JSC Uzbekneftegaz changes: Mehriddin Abdullayev replaces Bakhodir Sidikov as Chairman

Leadership of JSC Uzbekneftegaz has changed. Mehriddin Abdullayev has been appointed new Chairman of the company’s Board, replacing Bakhodir Sidikov.

According to the press service of the company, Bakhodir Sidikov has been transferred to another job.

He has served as chairman of JSC Uzbekneftegaz since February 2019. Before Sidikov – from September 2018 to February 1, 2019 – the company was headed by Bahrom Ashrafkhanov, former ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation.

New chairperson of the JSC Mehriddin Abdullayev previously held the position of First Deputy Chairman at the Accounts Chamber of Uzbekistan.
