Uzbekistan becomes 83rd member of WorldSkills International

On January 17, the Board of Directors of WorldSkills International approved the application of Uzbekistan on joining the WSI, the National Association for Development and Promotion of Vocational Skills reported.

The association, established by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations in cooperation with a number of relevant departments, will be responsible for coordinating the activities of WorldSkills Uzbekistan.

WorldSkills International is a global organization promoting occupational skills, improving the quality of vocational education and training, as well organizing cooperation with employers in international environment.
