Head of “Human” employment agency sentenced to 10 years

In Tashkent, the court announced the verdict against the head of the “Human” private employment agency Shakhinur Fayzullayev.

According to the Supreme Court press service, the Tashkent regional court on criminal proceedings sentenced the head of the “Human” private employment agency Sh. Fayzullayev to 10 years in prison on January 27. He was also obliged to pay over 21 billion soums to victims.

It should be recalled that during the investigation, the charges against the lawbreaker were supplemented by articles providing for liability for “fraud”, “violation of trade rules”, “false business”, “legalization of criminal proceeds” and “abuse of power by a non-governmental organization official”.

Shakhinur Fayzullayev was found guilty of committing crimes under paragraphs “b”, “v” of Part 3, Article 168 and Part 1 of Article 189, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in a general colony.

In addition, he should pay compensation to 1,080 victims in the amount of 21.1 billion soums.
