Baby’s body found in Tashkent canal

“The body of a newborn boy was found in a canal along Bunyodkor Street in the Chilanzar district,” the Central Department of Internal Affairs (CDIA) of the capital reports.
On February 10, at 10.35 a.m., the police received information that the body of a newborn boy was found in a canal flowing along Bunyodkor Street in the Chilanzar district, behind the building of “Sovplastital” enterprise.
Heads of the CDIA and the prosecutor's office of the district immediately arrived at the scene, and the case was taken under the control of the CDIA of Tashkent.
CDIA also reported that the information about the incident taking place in the Olmazor district, as was reported in several Telegram groups, was erroneous.
