A system of increased salary payment is introduced for teachers, who have sufficient qualifications and achieved certain results in their work.

The draft State Program for implementing the Actions Strategy within the framework of the “Year of Development of Science and Digital Economy” has recently been published.

It is noted that until April 1, 2020, a draft of the relevant regulatory legal act will be developed.

The project will provide for:

- introducing a professional certification system to confirm pedagogical skills and qualifications;

- increasing the salaries of teachers with the first and highest qualification categories in relation to those teachers, who do not have a qualification category;

- expanding differentiation in wages.
