The draft law on introducing amendments to the law “On the state duty” has been published.

According to the bill, when purchasing newly built houses in Tashkent and Tashkent region, a separate state duty for the registration of real estate agreement will be abolished.

Reportedly, the adoption of the bill does not require additional funding from the State Budget of Uzbekistan.

It should be noted that currently, a state duty in the amount of 5% of the real estate price is collected from people when buying a house in Tashkent.
