Non-grocery markets and stores temporarily closed down in Tashkent
From March 24, all markets and shops that sell construction materials, cars, household appliances, and secondary goods, as well as all shopping malls, regardless of ownership type, will be temporarily closed.
According to the press service of the Tashkent khokimiyat, only grocery markets and stores, hospitals and pharmacies will continue to work as they did before.
Restaurants and cafes can continue cooking if they offer takeaway services.
To remind, the Special Republican Commission for combatting coronavirus introduced several measures to prevent the spread of the disease throughout the country; restricting traffic movement is one of them.
