8 more people test positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan

“As of 10:00 a.m., June 9, the number of infection cases stands at 4,448 (+8). All new cases have been reported in Tashkent. An epidemiological investigation is underway,” the ministry’s statement reads.

So far, 3,357 people have fully recovered from the disease, 18 people died.

Currently, 1,073 people are undergoing treatment at medical facilities.
