78 police officers were fined for violating quarantine rules, one was fired.
This year, 2,350 police officers were found to have violated service discipline. This was stated by the press-secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Shohrukh Giyasov at a public dialogue on the activities of law enforcement bodies.
“In 2019, a total of 7,039 employees were disciplined: 1,223 were fined for violating traffic rules, 133 were prosecuted.
This year, 2,350 employees were found to have violated service discipline, 45 of them were prosecuted. 78 of our employees were fined for violating quarantine rules, and one was fired.
Our main task is to ensure the rule of law in practice, not in words,” Shohrukh Giyasov said.
