The cinema “Vatan” put up for auction

The starting price of a four-story building is 19 billion soums. Its condition is satisfactory.

The Uchtepa district Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement put up for auction the cinema “Vatan” in Tashkent, Spot writes with reference to the E-ijro platform.

The condition of the four-story building with a basement is assessed as satisfactory. The number of premises is not indicated in the cadastral documents, but a visual inspection showed that there are more than 50 facilities.

The cinema is put up for auction by a decision of the economic court.

Starting price – 19 billion soums. Applications are accepted until July 7, the auction itself will be held on July 9.
