New rector appointed to the Tashkent Institute of Finance
Sultonali Mehmonov replaced Ulugbek Azizov as the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Finance.

“By the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Sultonali Mehmonov, Vice-chancellor for Research and Innovation at the Tashkent Institute of Finance, has been appointed rector of the Institute,” the press service of the TIF informed.
Sultonali Mehmonov, born in 1974, is a professor and Ph.D. in economics.
In 2017-2018, he worked as deputy director of Gubkin University’s Tashkent branch and a professor of the Institute on a part-time basis.
Since October 2019, he has been serving as Vice-chancellor for Research and Innovation at the Tashkent Institute of Finance.
