2,087 citizens returned to Uzbekistan from Russia over a week
The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow has provided information on the number of citizens repatriated from Russia on charter flights.
Reportedly, from June 28 to July 5, 2,087 citizens were returned to Uzbekistan from Russia.
In particular:
On June 28, on Moscow-Tashkent flight – 252 people
On June 29, on Moscow-Tashkent flight – 254 people
On June 30, on Moscow-Tashkent flight – 275 people
On July 2, on St. Petersburg-Tashkent flight – 188 people
On July 3, on Novosibirsk-Tashkent flight – 191 people
On July 3, on Kazan-Tashkent flight – 192 people
On July 4, on Yekaterinburg-Tashkent flight – 267 people
On July 5, on Rostov-Tashkent flight – 194 people
On July 5, on Moscow-Tashkent flight – 274 people
“On these flights, primarily elderly citizens, people with health problems, pregnant women and women with young children were returned,” the report said.
It should be noted that from July 1, tour operators and airlines are also allowed to organize flights to bring back citizens of Uzbekistan from abroad.
