Coronavirus death toll reaches 36 in Uzbekistan 

According to the Ministry of Health, a 43-year-old man living in the capital’s Uchtepa district did not seek medical help in a timely manner for several days, despite the fever, sore throat and weakness.

After hospitalization, he was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia, acute respiratory failure of the second degree, obesity of the third degree, and he also tested positive for the coronavirus infection.

“Despite the resuscitation procedures conducted by doctors, the patient died of acute respiratory and heart failure,” the report said.
