Another patient dies from coronavirus in Uzbekistan
The total number of victims in the country has reached 41.
According to the Ministry of Health, on July 1, a 64-year-old resident of the Almazar district, Tashkent, was hospitalized in the Tashkent city emergency hospital in connection with pain in the abdomen and left chest.
On July 3, the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit due to increased symptoms of respiratory failure, and samples were taken for COVID-19.
She was diagnosed with coronavirus, bilateral pneumonia, acute respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, postcholecystectomy syndrome, acute pancreatitis, gastritis, chronic anemia, coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
Despite the medical assistance provided, the woman died from acute respiratory and heart failure.
According to official statistics, the total number of coronavirus victims in the republic has reached 41.
