Night electricity tariff for enterprises to be reduced by 1.5 times

Uzbekistan will work on the issue of reducing electricity tariffs by 1.5 times per shift for business entities working in three shifts, follows from the presidential decree.

This year it is planned to create a list of business entities working in three shifts, with clear criteria and requirements. An analysis will also be made on the consumption of electric energy by business entities.

In addition, industrial enterprises will receive $200 million from the World Bank as part of an energy efficiency project.
