“The aim is to return children to normal daily life provided that a safe environment is created for them and employees,” the statement reads.

To reduce the risk of infection and spread of the virus, additional measures will be introduced, taking into account all the necessary restrictive conditions. 

At the same time, maintaining a distance between children should not impede social participation, hands-on learning and developmental activities, the ministry notes.
