Central Bank announces new exchange rate of foreign currencies against soum
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has established new exchange rates of foreign currencies against the soum, which comes into force from August 18 this year.
According to the Central Bank, starting from tomorrow, the exchange rate of the US dollar increases by 15 soums, amounting to 10,246.71 soums.
The Euro, in the meantime, grows by 74.04 soums, being valued at 12,133.13 soums.
The Russian ruble also shows a slight increase – by 2 soums. 1 ruble becomes equal to 140.65 soums.
It should be noted that the Central Bank does not take any obligation to purchase or sell foreign currencies at the rates set.
