Mirziyoyev to take part in mourning events in tribute to Karim Kamalov

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has departed for Bukhara on August 23 to attend mourning events in tribute to the state and public figure Karim Kamalov, who served as acting khokim of the Bukhara region and passed away on August 22, the presidential press service reported.
It should be noted that Karim Kamalov was diagnosed with coronavirus.
For information, Karim Kamalov was appointed acting khokim of the Bukhara region on February 29 of this year. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the khokim of the city of Bukhara.
