The Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan has published the basic requirements for the entry of Uzbek citizens into foreign countries, including for students studying abroad.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides a list of 49 countries (as of September 2) with sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Those wishing to leave Uzbekistan are recommended to check the availability of direct regular flights to that country.
Before departure, citizens are urged to clarify the entry requirements through diplomatic missions and whether they have legal basis for entering the country.
