Two men detained for stealing 320 million soum from a gas station in Samarkand
Criminal charges have been filed.
According to the press service of the Samarkand region DIA, on September 18, in the Jomboy district, an unknown person entered the office on the second floor of a gas station as the door was open and stole 320 million soums from the iron safe.
Criminal charges were filed against a 25-year-old resident of the Chumchukli mahalla council and a 22-year-old resident of the Terak mahalla council of the Urgut district. 84.5 million soums were seized as physical evidence.
The Investigation Department initiated criminal proceedings under Article 169 of the Criminal Code. Currently, the case is being studied.
