It was noted that one of the problems encountered in everyday life is waiting in line at banks during currency exchange. It is not possible to enter the bank after 16:00, as business hours are set for customers until 16:00. On weekends, however, currency exchange is not possible at all, because banks do not work.
“It’s even more difficult during the pandemic. Let’s take other developed countries as an example. They allow legal entities to open and operate currency exchange offices. Operating time is also unlimited. Why can’t we create such facilities for the population?” the petitioner writes.
In order to create more convenience for the population, it is proposed to allow legal entities and individuals to establish currency exchange offices.
