Uzbekistan reveals the number of people vaccinated against COVID-19

As of January 6, the number of people participating in the phase III trials of the ZF 2001 vaccine against coronavirus reached 1,270.

It is noted that not all of the volunteers are vaccinated with ZF 2001, some are given a placebo, a substance that is designed to have no therapeutic value. Placebos can affect how patients perceive their condition and encourage the body’s chemical processes for relieving pain and a few other symptoms, but have no impact on the disease itself.

On January 6 alone, the number of citizens who took part in the testing was 82.
