New head of Tashkent Department of Emergency Situations appointed

According to the press service of the MES, Major-General Ravshan Khaydarov has become the head of the Emergency Situations Department of Tashkent.

Prior to his appointment, Khaydarov had served as the head of the Institute for Civil Protection under the MES.

In November 2020, former head of the Department, Mukhtar Mukhitdinov, was appointed deputy khokim of Tashkent city - head of the Department for Canal Operation and Improvement of Adjacent Territories.
