Two more universities switch to online learning
The University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the University of Uzbek Language and Literature have switched to online learning.
Reportedly, the classes will be conducted remotely for two weeks.
It should be noted that coronavirus cases are considerably increasing in Uzbekistan. In particular, on April 18, 302 people tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to 86,982.
Currently, 2,037 patients are being treated in hospitals, 238 of them are in serious and 109 – in critical condition.
