Ilhom Safarov appointed deputy khokim of Surkhandarya region for youth policy

Ilhom Safarov has been appointed deputy khokim of Surkhandarya region for youth policy.

Safarov was born in 1975 in Termez. He graduated from Termez State University in 2002.

Prior to his appointment to this position, Ilhom Safarov worked as the head of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of Culture.

It should be recalled that on April 13, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a video conference to discuss measures to ensure employment and meaningful organization of leisure activities for young people.

At the meeting, the President dismissed the deputy khokim of the region for youth policy Chori Begimkulov from office, noting that he failed to organize his work at a proper level.
