Residents shall now vote for construction near their apartment building

The President signed the Resolution “On Further Improvement of the Apartment House Management System.”

According to the document, on the following issues, decisions of the general meeting, for which more than 80 percent of homeowners or their representatives voted, are considered adopted:

construction of new facilities in the area adjacent to the apartment building;
adoption of requirements and rules for the management of common property in an apartment building, which must be supported by all residents on a mandatory basis;
loans for apartment buildings.

In addition, the cadastral passport of each apartment building must contain information on the land adjacent to the apartment building.
