Inflation rate in August amounts to 0.5%

In August, prices for goods and services in the consumer market rose by an average of 0.5%

According to the State Statistics Committee, in August 2021, the inflation rate in the consumer market was 0.5%.

From the beginning of 2021, the growth rate of prices in the consumer sector was 4.8%, and the average monthly growth rate was 0.6%.

Annual growth of the consumer price index reached 11.1%, the committee said.
