Jamshid Khodjayev to perform duties of the rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University
Minister of Agriculture Jamshid Khodjayev will perform the duties of the rector of the Tashkent State Agrarian University.

The press service of the Agriculture Ministry reported about it.
The university website indicates that Botirjon Sulaymonov is the rector.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Agriculture Jamshid Khodjayev was assigned the position of interim rector of the Tashkent State Agrarian University.
It should be recalled that in January 2019, the former Minister of Foreign Trade, Jamshid Khodjayev, was transferred to the post of Agriculture Minister.
Jamshid Khodjayev graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics and the University of Birmingham (Great Britain).
In August 2017, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber. Prior to that, he worked as First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs.
In November 2017, Khodjayev headed the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
