More than 200 thousand marriages registered in 9 months – Statistics Committee
According to the State Statistics Committee, as of October 1, 2021, 206.7 thousand marriages were registered in the country.
The number of marriages registered in the first 9 months of 2021 increased by 12.3% compared to the same period last year.
In the first 8 months of 2021, 174,998 marriages were registered, the committee added.
Earlier it was reported that in January-September 2021, 670.7 thousand births were registered in Uzbekistan.
