On October 7, in the Chilanzar district, in the course of preventive measures, employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Tashkent city DIA, together with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the PGO, identified facts of illegal sale of potent medicines.
Reportedly, 21-year-old Sardor Kh. was arrested red-handed while selling 56 Regapen tablets for 1.1 million soums. During a check in the pharmacy, 35 Regapen tablets, 4 Selofen tablets and 1 bottle of Tropicamide were seized as material evidence. Also, 23-year-old Kodirbek Y. and 26-year-old Tulkinjon N., who work in this pharmacy, were detained for the inspection.
On this fact, the necessary documents were collected and submitted to the Chilanzar district DIA for taking legal measures.
October 8 in the Sergeli district during similar preventive measures, while selling potent medicines, a 27-year-old employee of the pharmacy, Jasurbek O., was detained. 63 Zardex tablets were found and seized in the pharmacy. Also, the owner of the pharmacy, 26-year-old Khomitilla N., was detained for the inspection.
On this fact, the necessary documents were collected and submitted to the Sergeli district DIA for taking legal measures.
