Sports school director in Kashkadarya region sentenced to 5 years for taking 1.5 million soums in bribe 

As the “News of Kashkadarya” Telegram channel reported, he was detained on August 11 this year while receiving 1.5 million soums. For this amount, the director of the sports school promised the citizen to employ him as a coach.

The court found the suspect guilty under Article 210-2 (taking bribes) of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 5 years in prison.

Also, the former director was deprived of the right to hold a responsible position for 2 years.
