Uzbekistan to allocate 14.1 trillion soums in 2022 to unprofitable regions

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the law “On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022”. 

According to the document, 11 regions were included in the list of recipients of subsidies.

The greatest “support” will be given to the Kashkadarya region. It is followed by Surkhandarya, Namangan, Andijan, Karakalpakstan and Fergana.

The smallest amount will be allocated to Bukhara.

Only in Tashkent, as well as in Navoi and Tashkent regions, expenses do not exceed income.
