Uzbekistan's sugar imports down
In January-November 2021, Uzbekistan imported 23.2 thousand tons of sugar from 12 countries for $13 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, sugar imports decreased by 10.5 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
During the reporting period, the republic imported sugar mainly from the following countries:
• Russia - 5.3 thousand tons
• Azerbaijan - 4.6 thousand tons
• Poland - 3.7 thousand tons
• Ukraine - 3.4 thousand tons
• Kazakhstan - 1.5 thousand tons
