According to him, 54% of households are connected to high-speed Internet, and in the near future, the figure will reach at least 80%.
Zufarov noted that 50,000 km of fiber optic lines were laid in the country last year. Their total length now exceeds 122 thousand km. As a result, about 67% of settlements received access to high-speed communications.
He also informed about the tariff for operators and Internet service providers: over the past year it has decreased by 42.9% and today it is 30,000 soums per 1 Mbps.
