Court chairmen in 3 regions fired for shortcomings in their work
The court chairmen of Andijan, Samarkand and Bukhara regions were prematurely dismissed for irresponsibility and violation of the oath of office. The court chairmen of Khorezm and Navoi regions were disciplined.

3 regional judges were prematurely dismissed for irresponsibility and shortcomings in their work. According to the press service of the Supreme Council of Judges, the relevant decision of the Council has been made.
In particular, the chairman of the Andijan city criminal court (Andijan region) R. Turginov and the chairman of the Jambay district criminal court (Samarkand region) M. Sheryigitov were dismissed on the basis of their written applications.
Judge for civil cases of Bukhara regional court Sh. Nematov was dismissed for violating the oath of office and his official term was terminated.
In addition, the chairman of the Khanka district criminal court (Khorezm region) M. Khasanova and the chairman of the Karmana inter-district civil court (Navoi region) Sh. Togoev was administratively disciplined.
