Exports up by over 200%, FTT grew by about 150% - Statistics Committee provides data on Uzbekistan’s economic growth
The State Statistics Committee has provided data on the economic situation in Uzbekistan for January 2022.

According to the committee, during the reporting period, exports increased by 201.4%.
Economic changes observed in the republic in January 2022:
- Index of physical volume of industrial production - 108.5%
- Growth rate of construction works - 101%
- Growth rate of retail trade turnover - 115.8%
- Services growth rate - 116.9%
- Foreign trade turnover growth rate - 149.9%
- Export growth rate - 201.4%
- Import growth rate - 128%
The committee added that there were 533,427 operating enterprises and organizations in Uzbekistan as of January 2022.
