Over 32 thousand people visited Uzbekistan for medical treatment in 2021
In 2021, about 1,868,100 people visited Uzbekistan.
According to the State Statistics Committee, more than 32 of them visited the republic for medical purposes.
Purposes of visits of foreign nationals to Uzbekistan in 2021:
- Visiting relatives - 1.6 million people;
- Leisure - 155 thousand people;
- Business trips - 60.7 thousand;
- Medical treatment - 32.4 thousand people;
- Business travel - 13.6 thousand people;
- Education - 6.4 thousand people.
