Citizens of Uzbekistan can send proposals on amendments to the Constitution
The members of the constitutional commission will consider proposals and comments received from the population.

The constitutional commission announced plans to launch a special platform, which supports the notion that “Society is the initiator of reforms”.
According to the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber Odiljon Tajiev, citizens can send their proposals on amendments to the Constitution by e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected].
The commission also assured that all proposals and comments received from the population would be considered without fail.
The constitutional commission is formed to amend the basic law of Uzbekistan and implement organizational measures. It is headed by the First Vice Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis Akmal Saidov.
