Uzbekistan’s cargo transportation by rail up by about 2%
In 2021, 72 million tons of cargo were transported by rail in Uzbekistan.

This is more by 1.9% compared to 2020, the State Statistics Committee said.
The volume of cargo transported by rail in the last 5 years:
- In 2016 - 67.6 million tons
- In 2017 - 67.9 million tons
- In 2018 - 68.4 million tons
- In 2019 - 70.1 million tons
- In 2020 - 70.6 million tons
- In 2021 - 72.0 million tons
