Uzbekistan increases passenger car production

The State Statistics Committee has provided data on the production volume of certain types of industrial products in January-June 2022.

According to the committee, 160,523 cars were produced in Uzbekistan in the first half of the year, which is 51,743 more compared to the same period in 2021.

Data on the production volume of other industrial products during the reporting period:

— Motor gasoline - 563 thousand tons
— Coal - 2.5 million tons
— Oil - 383.4 thousand tons
— Gas condensate - 655.4 thousand tons
— Bus - 483 units
— Trucks - 2,166 units
— Car engines - 116.3 thousand units
