Public sector facilities to be fully provided with local coal until September 15
On July 29, a press conference and a press tour were organized at the Uzbekkumir joint-stock company. During the event, information was provided on the processes of solid fuel extraction, sorting and loading, indicators and work on the quality of raw materials.

For the 2022/2023 autumn-winter season, the company plans to supply 518 thousand tons of local coal products to social facilities of the republic, and 882 thousand tons for the needs of the population.
According to the first deputy director general of Uzbekkumir A. Mirakhmedov, the shipment of coal to social facilities began earlier than usual – on April 1. At the moment, the company ships an average of 3,000 tons of coal per day. As of July 27, 2022, 326.3 thousand tons of local coal were shipped to budget organizations.
Reportedly, it is planned to complete the work on providing republican budgetary organizations with coal for the autumn-winter season by September 15, and to complete the supply of local coal to the population by December 31.
