Replacing driver’s license, obtaining a permit to tint car windows and other services temporarily suspended

Starting from August 31 until September 5, online services in the field of road safety through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services are suspended.

In particular, providing the following services will be temporarily deferred:

• - filing an application for permission to tint car windows;
• - filing an application to replace driver’s license;
• - obtaining an electronic power of attorney to drive a car;
• - filing an application for a license to transport passengers and goods by road to international destinations.

The suspension of online services is related to technical and preventive maintenance on the server devices of the Road Traffic Safety Service of the Public Security Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
